Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to DIA China office on April 1st. All cancellations after this date will be subject to management fee: RMB2000
If you do not cancel by April 1 and do not attend, you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
DIA is not responsible for the airfare, hotel or other costs of registered participants if the event is postponed or cancelled. Registered attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
